NORTH LEVEL DISTRICT INTERNAL DRAINAGE BOARD
DRAINAGE RATES AND SPECIAL LEVIES FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 31 March 2013
LAND DRAINAGE ACT 1991
As required by Section 48 of the Act :-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their Meeting held at Thorney on the 1 February 2012, the North Level District Internal Drainage Board made a drainage rate of 10.69p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district Area 1 to raise £570,653 of their expenditure for the year ending on the 31 March 2013.
2. Also at that Meeting the Board made special levies totalling £700,796 being a special levy of £311,525 on Fenland District Council, £261,453 on Peterborough City Council and £127,818 on South Holland District Council.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at their Meeting held at Thorney on the 1 February 2012, the North Level District Internal Drainage Board made a drainage rate of 7.26p in the £ in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in their district Area 2 (Westside Marshes) to raise £9,576 of their expenditure for the year ending on the 31 March 2013.
4. Also at that Meeting the Board made a special levy in respect of Area 2 (Westside Marshes) totalling £14,489 being a special levy on Fenland District Council.
