RATE AND SPECIAL LEVIES
FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING ON 31
MARCH 2009 (AREA 1)

On the 13 February 2008 the Board resolved as follows:-

| 1 |
That the proportions of the Board’s expenditure to be raised by a drainage rate in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings and by special levies on local charging authorities are 46.763% and 53.237% respectively.
|
| 2 |
That the proportions between the local charging authorities of the amount to be raised by special levies are as set out against the special levy for each local charging authority.
|
| 3 |
To make the drainage rate and special levies set out below and that the seal of the Board be affixed to the drainage rate and special levies.

That the proportions of the Board’s expenditure to be raised by a drainage rate in respect of agricultural land and agricultural buildings in the Westside Marshes District and by special levies on local charging authorities are 39.758% and 60.242% respectively.

| 2 |
That the amount to be raised by special levy are as set out against the special levy for that charging authority.
|
| 3 |
To make the drainage rate and special levies set out below and that the seal of the Board be affixed to the drainage rate and special levies.
